From Brouwershaven you sail directly onto the Grevelingenmeer. This is the largest saltwater lake in Europe, spacious enough and very pleasant for sailing or other water sports. On the various islands there are jetties where you can spend the night or there are many quiet places where you can spend the night behind your anchor. The water is clear, with no tidal range and current, making it particularly suitable for swimming and snorkelling.
